The victim said she turned around and saw Alonso Alfonso Ricardo, 51, standing approximately a foot behind her, shaking his exposed penis, authorities said.

"You want this?" Ricardo yelled at the victim, according to the arrest report.

The victim ran as she screamed, "Get away from me right now," deputies said. Ricardo chased the woman for 1,300 feet until she reached the hospital parking lot, where she tripped and fell, injuring her palm and elbow, the affidavit said.

"Help, he exposed himself," the victim yelled when she reached the parking lot.

Another hospital employee saw what was happening and ran toward the victim to help her.

Deputies said Ricardo got into a a white Hondo CRV and sped off away from the hospital. The witness took a picture of Ricardo and the vehicle's license plate and called 911, the report said.

That picture helped deputies locate Ricardo's home in Bunnell, the affidavit said. When Ricardo arrived there and saw deputies in the driveway, he reversed and spun out near County Road 13, then got out of the vehicle and tried to run away, according to the affidavit.

Deputies said Ricardo was arrested after a foot pursuit and the victim identified him as the man who exposed himself to her.

He is charged with exposure of sexual organs, assault and resisting arrest without violence.
