Among the witnesses listed by attorney Mark O'Mara are dozens of members of the Sanford Police Department, several investigators from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the State Attorney's Office, along with Medical Examiner's Office employees, Seminole County Sheriff's Office employees and dozens of civilians.

The civilians include Martin's parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin, along with Zimmerman's parents, Robert and Gladys. Dozens of other civilians are also listed but their names are redacted.

Zimmerman has been charged with second-degree murder in Martin's death. Zimmerman claims he was attacked and acted in self-defense. His trial is set for June.

A month-and-a-half delay in Zimmerman's arrest led to nationwide protests in the racially charged case.
