Medicare can be confusing, but there’s no better time than now to review your insurance plan, considering we’re right in the middle of the annual enrollment period.

This period, also called the AEP, runs from Oct. 15 through Dec. 7.

It’s your opportunity to make changes to your Medicare plan or tweak your benefits, said Dr. Tonya Young-Henley, with Davita Medical Group.
