ORLANDO, Fla. – UCF has fired its men's head basketball coach.
The school announced Thursday that Donnie Jones would not return next season.
The Knights were ousted from the American Athletic tournament Thursday night, losing a first-round game. UCF finished the season 12-18.
In six seasons, the Knights went 100-88 under Jones.
The news comes days after the school fired women's head coach Joi Williams.
