ORLANDO, Fla. – In 2004, the Orlando Magic had the first pick of the NBA draft and took a 19 year-old center named Dwight Howard.
Eight seasons later, Howard left the Magic in a trade to the Los Angeles Lakers, leaving behind six all-star selections, 18.4 points, 2.2 blocks,1.5 assists and 13 total rebounds per game.

Now, as Howard continues his career, heading into his 14th season, Howard is playing with the Charlotte Hornets and found himself responding to a fan on Twitter.

This begs the question: Should Howard have his jersey retired by the organization that took a chance on a 19-year old kid coming into the NBA straight out of high school?
