In the night's second game, Belmont beat Temple 81-70 in a matchup of No. 11 seeds. The Bruins will now face No. 6 Maryland on Thursday in Jacksonville, Florida.

The ND State/NC Central winner will face No. 1 overall seed Duke in the first round on Friday, while the Arizona State/St. John's winner will get No. 6 Buffalo.
