Philadelphia will host a victory parade Thursday to honor the Super Bowl LII champion Eagles.
"The City of Philadelphia will host a parade this Thursday for our 2018 Super Bowl Champions! Go Eagles!," the city tweeted on Monday. "The parade will tentatively start at 11 a.m. at Broad & Pattison, heading north to the Art Museum. Further info will be announced Tuesday at 9 a.m. #FlyEaglesFly #EaglesParade."
The Eagles beat the New England Patriots 41-33 in Super Bowl LII on Sunday night.
The victory was the team's first Super Bowl win in three tries, after previously losing Super Bowl VI to the Oakland Raiders in 1981 and Super Bowl XXXIX to the Patriots in 2005.
While the city hasn't hosted a parade for one of its professional teams since the Phillies won the World Series in 2008, it did host a parade for the NCAA champion Villanova men's basketball team in 2016.
