Again? Second person spotted clinging to car hood on I-95 in Florida

Witness says car was going much faster than 65 mph

MIAMI – For the second time in two weeks, a motorist captured video of a car speeding along I-95 in Florida with a person hanging onto the hood of the vehicle.

A viewer of News 6 partner WPLG-TV in Miami spotted what appears to be a man on the hood of a car heading south on I-95 near the exit to I-395.

The viewer said the van he was traveling in was going 65 mph, and the car in question was going much faster. The man and the car vanish from the video frame seconds later.

The Florida Highway Patrol said it was contacted about the incident and that the vehicle and man were last seen traveling toward Miami Beach. No other details are known, however.

Last month, video showed Junior Francis clinging to the hood of his girlfriend's car, also on I-95.  Francis said that he and Patresha Isidore had argued before the incident and each tried to drive away in their car.

Isidore was arrested and charged with exposing a person to harm.
