MIAMI – Snake sightings are common in toilets, but one Miami man had another scaly discovery in his bathroom.
According to the Miami Herald, David Adams arrived at his Key Biscayne home - and found an iguana in his toilet. He posted photos of the removal on social media -- including one where Adams is seen wearing a gas mask, bulletproof vest, and ski gloves. The iguana was safely removed and released outside.
The Univision reporter said the reptile had made its way into his toilet by crawling through a plumbing vent.
Iguanas are generally not aggressive and are invasive to Florida.
