Days after that wraps up, Universal Studios' Mardi Gras Festival is back starting on Feb. 9:

It of course features a parade, Cajun food, lots of beads & a festive atmosphere.

But for many, the highlight is the Concert Series.

Here's the lineup according to Universal:

A few weeks after Mardi Gras kicks off, the extremely popular 2013 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival returns from March 6-May 19, 2013.

There are a few things new this year, in addition to the usual topiaries & lush landscaping. Many of those displays will light up at night this year.

Look for a Mini "Food & Wine" fest -- with 12 kiosks offering special food & drink along World Showcase that Disney says will be tailored to the Flower & Garden Fest

A new, "Land of Oz" play area will pop up, a play zone for kids based on Disney's "Oz: The Great and Powerful" movie coming out on  March 8.

On weekends -- HGTV hosts will host seminars. And of course the Flower Power concert series will be back. Here's this year's lineup (per Disney's Website) :
