Tiger Woods concedes he's almost done playing golf, unloads on LIV's Greg Norman
But his influence on the game will clearly continue long after he's holed his last putt. Woods has never fully recovered from the injuries suffered in a catastrophic one-car accident in February 2021. Woods isn't done with the game of golf, though, not by a long shot. When asked his perspective on how the PGA Tour could co-exist with the upstart LIV Golf tour, he didn't hold back. LIV players' litigation against the PGA Tour, and the Tour's countersuit, is expected to take the bulk of 2023 to resolve if no settlements are reached.wftv.com

He said Tuesday that probably won’t happen until two lawsuits are decided and Greg Norman is no longer involved in LIV Golf. I think he just needs to exit stage left,” McIlroy said at the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai. “Every PGA Tour player should be thanking LIV, including Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, because the PIP program wouldn’t have been increased without LIV,” Norman said. “Prize money wouldn’t have been increased without LIV, all these other things that have been introduced by the PGA Tour because of LIV.wftv.com
