Hundreds of tickets issued in I-4 crackdown

Troopers target aggressive drivers in Seminole County

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – Seminole County deputies and the Florida Highway Patrol teamed up for a three-day crackdown on aggressive driving on Interstate 4.

During that time, 414 tickets were written, 164 warnings were issued and eight people were arrested, including one for DUI.

Deputies say they will continue to monitor the area by air and and car.

They also said in the past year there have been more than 290 crashes on I-4 in Seminole County alone.
