VIERA, Fla. – A tractor-trailer caught fire on I-95 in Brevard County early Wednesday, forcing officials to close the interstate.

The fire happened around 6 a.m. on I-95 south near Wickham Road in Viera. All southbound lanes were shut down, but all but one lane reopened around 6:45 a.m.
Brevard County fire officials said the big rig was carrying nonhazardous materials.
No one was injured in the blaze, officials said.
