ORLANDO, Fla. – Traffic will be detoured at the State Road 50 and Shine Avenue intersection over the weekend for construction crews to install a drainage pipe, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.
The detour will be in place from Friday at 7 p.m. to Monday at 6 a.m.

Eastbound SR 50 traffic will be detoured by turning right on Mills Avenue, left on Hillcrest Street, continuing onto Fern Creek Avenue and exiting onto SR 50.
Westbound SR 50 traffic will turn right on Fern Creek Avenue, left on Woodward Street, continue on Woodward Street before turning left on Mills Avenue and exiting back onto SR 50.
The drainage pipe installation along the north side of Shine Avenue at the SR 50 intersection is part of the SR 50 milling and resurfacing project.
