PALM BAY, Fla. – A woman was arrested on DUI charges early Friday after her sport utility vehicle slammed into a Brevard County home, police said.
The crash was reported at 1050 Eldron Boulevard SE in Palm Bay.
According to Palm Bay police, a woman lost control of her Chevrolet TrailBlazer and crashed into the house, where two people were inside.
The driver suffered minor injuries, police said. The people inside the home were not hurt because they were on the other side of the house, police said.
The house has been deemed unsafe, and the occupants are staying with relatives.
The driver's name has not been released.
