VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – A crash on Interstate 95 north at Exit 261 to U.S. 92 has two lanes of traffic blocked, officials said.
The crash, which officials said involved hazardous materials, involved a jackknifed semitruck and has the ramp shut down.
