ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. – A crash resulting in a lumber spill prompted officials to close Interstate 4 in Seminole County.
The wreck was reported around 12:15 p.m. on I-4 east near State Road 436.

I-4 east was closed in the area, but lanes of the interstate reopened later.
The Florida Highway Patrol said a truck working on the I-4 Ultimate project sideswiped a truck hauling lumber, causing the lumber to fall on the ground.
The driver of the lumber truck was taken to Central Florida Regional Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No other details have been released.
