PORT CANAVERAL, Fla. – A passenger died while taking a cruise on the Norwegian Escape, according to the cruise line.
A Norwegian Cruise Line representative said the guest died Sunday.
"The ship arrived in Port Canaveral (on Tuesday) as scheduled, where our care team met the family to assist with their needs," the cruise line said in a statement. "Our thoughts and prayers are with the guest’s family during this very sad time."
Details about the guest's death have not been released.
The guest's name has not been released.
