"We're tracking an early start to storms across Central Florida," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.  "Heavy rain is moving into Marion County during the early morning hours.  More heavy rain will move in throughout the afternoon."

Rain will impact the lunch hour, too, with a 40 percent coverage along the I-4 area, Bridges said.

"The coverage of rain will be 50 percent into the afternoon for Central Florida as outflow boundaries are in place," he said.

Rain chances will be at 40 percent on Wednesday, 50 percent on Thursday and 60 percent on Friday.

High temperatures will be in the mid-90s through the weekend.
