Picture-perfect weekend forecast for Central Florida
Highs in 80s, low rain chances in Orlando area
ORLANDO, Fla. – As the saying goes, "This is why I live in Florida."
High temperatures will be in the low 80s Friday, which will be sunny with a very slim chance of rain along the coast.
"It was a cool start for many areas in Central Florida as morning temps ranged from the 40s to the 70s across the region," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "We're tracking more dry air as high pressure dominates."
Rain chances will be mostly out of the picture through the weekend, but a couple of sprinkles can't be ruled out for Friday afternoon along the coast of Volusia and Brevard counties.
High temperatures will be near the average of 83 degrees into early next week.
Slight rain chances return by the middle of next week.
