ORLANDO, Fla. – A beautiful workweek is in store for Central Florida.
After starting off with some rain on Monday, especially along the coast, highs in the upper 70s will dominate the forecast.
"An area of low pressure is spinning off the coast of Volusia and Brevard counties," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "Most of the heavy rain will stay off the coast as the low continues to develop throughout the day on Monday."
Monday's high in Orlando will reach 76 degrees.
"Western areas like Lake, Sumter, and Marion counties will see more sun and less rain than central and coastal areas," Bridges said.
Drier air moves in by Tuesday.
"Morning lows on Tuesday will be in the 50s and afternoon highs will be near 80," Bridges said.
Rain chances will be out of the pictures from Veterans Day into the weekend.
Highs will be in the upper 70s Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The high temperature will dip to the low 70s from Friday into the weekend.
