"By noon on Tuesday, rain will move into northern zones of Central Florida in areas like Marion and Flagler counties," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.  "After 2 o'clock in the afternoon, heavy rain and even a few storms will move along I-4 as temperatures heat up."

The coverage of rain will be 70 percent for the afternoon, with temperatures warming into the mid-70s.

The rain will come to an end overnight, and temperatures will be much cooler behind the front.

"We're nly warming to 61 on Wednesday afternoon and cooling to 38 degrees on Thursday morning," Bridges said.

Thursday's high will be 56 degrees, and the low early Friday will be near freezing at 33.

A bounce-back will be quick, however, as highs will hit the mid-70s on Saturday and 80 degrees on Sunday, when the Daytona 500 will take place.
