Rain falls across Central Florida

Front brings showers to Orlando area

ORLANDO, Fla. – It was a wet start to the workweek in Central Florida.

Rain fell across the region as high temperatures in Orlando reached the low 80s.

Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said the front that brought rain to Central Florida will move through by Tuesday, when there's a 20 percent chance of rain.

Highs will be in the mid-80s through Thursday.

There's a 40 percent chance of rain on Friday, with a high of 82 degrees.

Highs dip into the low 70s over the weekend.
