Another hot day in store for central Florida

Inland will reach low 90's

ORLANDO, Fla. – It is going to be a hot day across central Florida.

If you are heading to the beach to escape the heat, we do have an elevated rip current risk so be sure to swim near a lifeguard.?

Afternoon high temperatures will climb to the low 90s inland, and upper 80s along the coast.

We'll see winds from the south, which will bring in more moisture and increase our chance for showers and storms after 2 p.m.

Tropical Storm Ana made landfall early Sunday morning, just off the South Carolina coast.

Ana's winds weakened and are expected to weaken as she travels up along the east coast, eventually making it offshore on Tuesday.
