More storms rumble through Central Florida

Highs to reach mid-90s in Orlando area

ORLANDO, Fla. – Another round of storms are rumbling through Central Florida.

"Rain chances will remain high as the west coast seabreeze develops first and then interacts with the east coast seabreeze late in the day on Tuesday," Bridges said.

The coverage of rain will be 50 percent after 3 p.m., he said.

"Some storms will be strong, lasting into the evening hours, bringing lightning, heavy rain and strong winds," Bridges said.

High temperatures will be above the average of 91 degrees in Orlando.

Temperatures will warm into the mid-90s inland, with low 90s along the coast.

Rain chances will gradually decrease to 20 percent by the end of the workweek and into Saturday, with highs in the low 90s.
