ORLANDO, Fla. – One day can make all the difference in the world.
"After dealing with severe storms that prompted a tornado warning, heavy rain and strong winds, we are drying out behind the front that brought all that crazy weather," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "The only issue for Thursday will be the winds, which will pick up near 25 mph out of the west-northwest."
Highs on Thursday will only reach the upper 60s after starting off in the 40s and 50s across Central Florida. The average high in Orlando on this date is 75 degrees.
Overnight lows in Orlando will be in the mid-40s.
Afternoon high temperatures will be in the mid-60s on Friday and the upper 60s on Saturday. Lows will be in the low 40s.
Afternoon high temperatures will reach 71 by Sunday.
Rain stays out of the forecast through next week, Bridges said.
