Clouds move back into the area bringing chance of much needed rain

Heat along with humidity also to return

ORLANDO, Fla. – Heat and humidity have returned to central Florida and along with it a chance for some much needed rain.

For Saturday, Bike Week and the TiCo Warbird show will see a chance for light rain. The chance of rain on Saturday is about 10 percent; however the heat is on for the last weekend of winter. Highs Saturday will range from 81 degrees in Melbourne and Daytona Beach to 84 degrees in Orlando. Expect cloudy skies to return.

The sky cover remains the same into Saturday night and the clouds will keep temps in the mild range. Lows Saturday night will drop to 66 degrees in Daytona Beach to 67 degrees in Orlando and Melbourne. Again there may be some light rain.

Don’t forget to spring forward Saturday night, and change your clocks.

Sunday will see increasing clouds through the day with rain chances jumping to 50 percent inland and 40 percent in coastal areas. The highs will be very similar to Saturday. Sunday will see around 84-85 degrees in most of our viewing area. Thunder isn't out of the question but severe weather is not expected. Best chance of rain on Sunday will be in the afternoon.

Chance of rain continues on Monday along with the warm temps but sunshine returns on Tuesday and Wednesday. Rain will be back in the forecast on Friday.
