"Rain chances stay minimal through the afternoon as the winds kick up off the ocean waters," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "We can't rule out one or two sprinkles along the coast."

There is a danger, however,

"As winds gust greater than 20 mph, the fire threat will continue across Central Florida," Bridges said.

Afternoon high temperatures will be close to the average -- the low 80s -- in Orlando. Expect a high of 82 in Orlando.

Afternoon high temperatures warm into the mid-80s Tuesday.

"Expect high temperatures near 86 degrees in many spots Wednesday, with light rain chances," Bridges said.

Rain chances return to 50 percent on  Thursday and Friday, but go back to 20 percent for the weekend as highs will be in the low 80s.
