ORLANDO, Fla. – A dense fog advisory is in effect Tuesday morning for several Central Florida counties.
"We are pinpointing lots of low-level moisture in the form of fog," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.
The advisory includes Marion, Sumter, Lake, Flagler, Volusia and Orange counties.
"Watch out on the roads, take it slow, be careful of other drivers and watch out for kids standing at the bus stop," Bridges said. "Make sure you use your low beams and never use your flashers while driving."
Once the fog burns off, there will be a quick warm-up and a nice afternoon, with a mix of sun and clouds and a high of 83 degrees.
The average high in Orlando on this date is 73. Sunrise is at 7:09 a.m.
"Rain chances stay out of the forecast through the week and even the weekend," Bridges said. "A weak front will come in without rain chances, but it will drop our temperatures to the the low 70s by Thursday and Friday."
Temperatures will be back in the 80s for the weekend.
