"Highs will hover in the mid-80s, well above average," she said.

Lows will be in the mid-60s.

The forecast calls for enough instability ahead of the next cold front to produce a few afternoon showers.

"Rain coverage will sit at 30 percent through Tuesday," Campos said.

The front will deliver a stretch of cooler and drier weather at the end of the week.

Wednesday's high in Orlando will be 79, with a low dropping to the mid-50s.

Highs will cool in the upper 60s to low 70s through the weekend. Lows will be near 50 degrees.
