ORLANDO, Fla. – Overnight and morning rain started Sunday on a dreary note, but the rain has moved to the south and left cold air to dwell over Central Florida.
Some clearing will take place Sunday night and this will allow Monday to be sunny and cold. Overnight, temperatures will not reach the freezing mark of 32 degrees Fahrenheit but will range from 38 in Ocala to 45 in Orlando and Satellite Beach. No wind problems are expected. Plants are safe, but pets should be taken inside.
Monday will be mostly sunny and that trend will prevail for the entire week. On Monday, the temperatures will range from 62 in Melbourne and Orlando to 61 in Daytona Beach.
We'll be back to the 70s by Wednesday.
There is no rain expected through Saturday.
