Breeze lingers in Central Florida

Orlando to see high in mid-70s

ORLANDO, Fla. – It will be another windy day in Central Florida. 

"As high pressure spins off our coast, it will bring onshore strong, gusty winds," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "Expect gusts near 20 to 25 mph. Those winds will bring a couple of showers, with a 20 percent coverage into Monday afternoon."

Highs will be close to the average of 76 in Orlando.

Temperatures warm to 80 degrees by Tuesday and will be in the mid-80s before a front on Wednesday.

Rain chances increase to 30 percent on Wednesday.

"Behind the front, there will be a brief cooldown, but not a major one.

Expect a high of 80 on Thursday, with 20 percent rain chances.

Highs remain in the 80s into the weekend.

Rain chances will be 20 to 30 percent on Saturday and Sunday.
