Highs to hit 80s in Central Florida

Big changes in Orlando-area forecast

ORLANDO, Fla. – Tuesday will be another warm day in Central Florida, as big changes draw nearer.

Expect a high of 83 on Tuesday, with a 10 percent chance of showers. The average high on this date in Orlando is 75.

High temperatures will also be near the mid-80s on Wednesday.

"We will see a front moving into Central Florida on Wednesday and Thursday," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

Rain chances increase to 20 percent on Wednesday, 30 percent on Thursday and 60 percent on Friday.

"Behind the front, a drastic change in temperatures will hit the region," Bridges said. "We will see highs in the low 70s on Thursday, with many areas only reaching the 60s. On Friday, the high will only be in the 60s, with some areas not making out of the 50s."

There will be minimal rain chances over the weekend, with highs in the 60s.
