ORLANDO, Fla. – The high temperature on Sunday was 88 degrees, and Monday will be slightly cooler.
Clear skies and nice temperatures will make for a pleasant evening. Lows will range from 60 degrees in Ocala to 62 degrees in Orlando and 65 degrees in Palm Bay.
Monday is all about the sunshine. Highs will top out at 78 degrees in Daytona Beach to 80 degrees in Melbourne and 83 degrees in Orlando. Winds will be kicking up with gusts up to 25 mph.
Temperatures are running about normal for this time of year and there is no rain. It's great weather for being outdoors but, at the same time, be cautious about fire.
The rest of the week will bring more of the same, with temperatures gradually getting hotter.
There's only a 10 percent chance of rain on Saturday for Cinco de Mayo.
