Dry weather to stick around Monday

Overnight lows could reach low 70s

ORLANDO, Fla. – There was only a trace of rain Sunday in Melbourne, and even less rain is forecast for the area on Monday.

However, the current break in rain coverage will be short lived, and next weekend could be wet.

Lows Sunday night will drop into the low to mid-70s but will feel warmer due to high humidity.

Monday will see a drop in the chance of rain and temperatures in the 90.

By Wednesday, we'll be back to a 40 percent chance of rain for the remainder of the week.

A non-tropical low is in the Atlantic and is no threat to Florida.
