Front brings breeze, cooler temps to Central Florida

Rain chances stand at 40 percent on Saturday

ORLANDO, Fla. – A front is dropping temperatures and increasing rain chances in Central Florida.

Orlando will see a high of 76 on Friday, with rain chances moving from 10 percent during the day to 20 percent at night. Winds from the north will gust near 20 mph.

The average high on this date is 80.

Rain chances increase on Veterans Day.

"Expect a 40 percent chance for rain on and off through the afternoon," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "It will not be a washout, so go ahead with all your plans."

Saturday's high will be in the upper 70s.

Rain chances drop to 20 percent on Sunday, with a high in the low 80s.

Overnight lows will be in the low to mid-60s.

Highs on Monday will be near 80 degrees before dipping into the mid-70s for the rest of the workweek.
