ORLANDO, Fla. – Mostly sunny skies will warm the afternoon skies Wednesday in Central Florida, with high temperatures reaching the mid-80s
"Weak high pressure currently sits across the northern Gulf of Mexico, bringing light winds," News 6 meteorologist Candace Campos said. "Despite this setup, fog has not developed to the extent as past couple of days."
There were visibility issues for motorists early Wednesday in Marion and Brevard counties.
Fog is possible again early Thursday. The high on Thursday in Orlando will hit the mid-80s.
Overnight lows will be in the 60s.
"A weak front will enter the area by late Friday and stall out just south of the area, keeping a slight chance of rain through Sunday," Campos said. "Breezy to windy conditions will be on tap for the weekend, especially near the coast."
The front will cool temperatures to the upper 70s on Friday and Saturday.
