Overnight temperatures are forecast to fall toward normal values for mid-May, in the mid- to upper 60s, with some patchy fog possible.

A gradual increase in moisture and humidity continues Friday and Saturday, with rain coverage rising to 30-40 % both afternoons.

Highs will return into the low 90s, with heat indices into the triple digits.

By Sunday, a cold front is forecast to dig into Central Florida, increasing moisture content through early Monday. Coverage of showers and storms builds in on Sunday ahead of the front to 60%.

Once the front clears early next week, highs return closer to normal -- in the upper 80s.
