Gas prices expected to drop in Florida Move expected due to increased oil inventory, lower crude oil prices
ORLANDO, Fla. – Good news for drivers. Gas prices are dropping at the pump and could soon take an even bigger tumble in the coming days.
According to AAA, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gas in Florida is $2.20. That's down 3 cents from last week.
In Orlando, News 6 found some stations selling gas for under $2 a gallon.
AAA said the trend is likely to continue with prices dropping a dime or more in the next week.
Experts said the lower prices follow a surge in crude oil inventories.
