SANFORD, Fla. – The chief executive officer of a high-tech company implicated in the political corruption scandal involving former Brevard County Clerk of Courts Mitch Needelman has turned herself in.
Local 6 news partner Florida Today reports BlueWare CEO Rose Harr, 55, surrendered to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office in Sanford after a warrant was issue for her arrest.

Harr faces charges of bid tampering and bribery related to a $8.52 million document-scanning contract her company received.
Also charged in the case are Needelman, 60, and William Matthew Dupree, 47, a former business partner of Needelman. Both were arrested Thursday.
The State Attorney's Office and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement allege that the scanning contract was steered to BlueWare in return for payment that wound up in Needelman's political campaign, and that BlueWare got money from Needelman's office for contracts that were never fulfilled.
Harr was released from jail after posting $12,000 bond.
