DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – More than half of the condo at the Hard Rock Hotel and Cafe in Daytona Beach have already been sold, according to the News-Journal.
Construction of the new hotel is scheduled to begin as early as November.

Seventy of the 100 condos have been purchased, and officials told the newspaper that they expect to be sold out by June.
A lot of the buyers were in town for the Daytona 500.
