Cops: Man who robbed Orange County credit union sought

Police seek man who took money from Fairwinds Credit Union

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man accused of robbing a credit union in Orange County.

The robbery happened at 4:50 p.m. Friday at the Fairwinds Credit Union on W. Sand Lake Road.

Police said the man entered the bank, passed a note implying he was armed, demanded money and left the bank on foot.

Authorities described the man as a Hispanic man in his 20s to 30s who is about 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 170 to 180 pounds.

Police said the man had a black Adidas baseball cap, a Bluetooth, thin-wire framed oval glasses, thin goatee, light-colored pattern button-down shirt underneath, brown cargo pants and white/black shoes.
