Crews rescue horse from septic tank in Flagler

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. – Flagler County deputies have rescued a horse that was stuck in a septic tank on Tuesday afternoon for three hours.

Deputies said they were called to the 3500 block of Clove Avenue in Bunnell.

The Flagler County Sheriff's Office and a large animal rescue team from St. Johns County worked to rescue the horse from the septic tank.

It's not clear how 24-year-old Mercy ended up at the tank.

News 6 helicopter Sky 6 is on its way to the scene.
