Groundbreaking set for new downtown Orlando high rise

Building will include retail space, apartments

ORLANDO, Fla. – Groundbreaking will begin Wednesday for downtown Orlando's newest high rise.

 

The new 22-story building is called "Modera" and it will be constructed at Rosalind Avenue and Central Boulevard.

 

It will eventually include 350 apartments, over 12,000 square feet of retail space. It will also include space for the University Club, which formally owned the land.
