Video of dancing dog at Orange County Animal Services goes viral

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County shelter dog that was caught on video dancing in her kennel has been adopted, officials said on Thursday.

Ginger Rogers, a 1-year-old black and brown female, was  at Orange County Animal Services since Monday. She was found as a stray on the corner of Oak Ridge Road and John Young Parkway. 

A video of the dog was taken by the shelter’s volunteer coordinator, Crystal Kincaid, and uploaded to the Orange County Animal Services’ Facebook page. The video received nearly 100,000 views on the shelter's Facebook page and reached more than 17,000 fans on the News 6 Facebook page.

Shelter officials said Ginger was adopted at 1:18 p.m. Thursday.
