According to the release, on Dec. 30 2022, Jordan – who was 15 at the time – became involved in a shouting match with “a group of teens and young adults” in the parking lot of a bar off of North Nova Road in Daytona Beach.

Investigators said when the group tried to leave the scene in a vehicle, Jordan pulled out a gun and fired multiple rounds into the vehicle. Jordan was also recorded on surveillance footage running after the vehicle while shooting at it.
