MIAMI SHORES, Fla. – Playing the lottery in Florida was a pleasure for one Publix shopper.

The grocery store chain can once again claim it sold a winning jackpot ticket. The sole winner matched all five numbers — 7, 23, 24, 56 and 60 — along with the Powerball, 25, to win the estimated $214 million grand prize for Monday’s drawing, according to the Powerball website.

The winning ticket for the May 6 drawing was sold at a Publix grocery store in Miami Shores, the Lottery noted.

The winner has not officially claimed their prize and Lottery players are encouraged to check their tickets.

The next drawing will take place on Wednesday evening with an estimated $20 million jackpot.
