THORNTON PARK, Fla. – Work began on the latest high-rise apartment complex called "Artisan 420" in Thornton Park on Monday.
The $43-million complex will have 300 apartments, three art galleries, a spa and a heated saltwater pool. The first units of the nine-story complex are expected to open in October of 2015.
The high-rise complex is being built at 420 E. Church St. in Thornton Park.
