Man accused of molesting boy at bus stop had list of children's names, Orlando police say

Kyle Yearby faces lewd, lascivious molestation charges

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police say a man who molested a boy at a school bus stop also had a list of other children's names on his person.

Kyle Yearby, 29, was arrested Tuesday on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a victim under 12 years old, lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly conduct and disturbing school functions, according to a police report.

Orlando police said someone witnessed Yearby engaging in sexual acts with an 11-year-old boy at a bus stop in the 2700 block of Oak Park Way.

When officers arrived, the boy told them his mother allowed Yearby to be with him, according to the police report. The boy's mother, however, told officers that she never would have allowed Yearby to be near her son.

Police continue to investigate if there are other victims.

Yearby was taken to Orange County Jail and was being held on no bond.
