ORLANDO, Fla. – A 24-year-old man was arrested in connection with a fatal home invasion in Orlando, police said Wednesday.

Cornelis Walker, of Orlando, was arrested in the death of Sheldon Oneil Kane, 27, who was shot in May at a home on Donovan Street, police said.

Walker faces charges of first-degree murder and home invasion robbery with a firearm and a mask.

Orlando police said three gunmen entered the home and robbed several people who were inside.

Kane confronted one of the men and was shot, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A robbery victim called authorities from a neighbor's house, police said.

No other details have been released.
